06.26.00.1 - Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) Procedures

Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) must be kept on file in the locations the chemical product is 

being used. A second copy must be given to the Health and Safety Office (located in Security 
Office). Students or staff using any chemical must be informed of the location of the MSDS 
sheet. Any Staff using any type of chemicals must receive annual “Right to Know” training.
