Saint Paul College Policies & Procedures - Biennial and Operating Budget Planning and Administration Including Revenue Fund

The College shall prepare its revenue and expenditure operating budgets consistent with Board 

policies and system procedures. Operating budget will be prepared by the college based on 
guidelines provided by the Office of the Chancellor.

The Board of Trustees shall approve tuition and fees.

The President is responsible for monitoring the college budget to ensure accuracy and a balanced
